Processing A Return for Teng Tools

We want you to be happy and feel secure when purchasing Teng Tools.

• We offer a 90 day free return on all new and unused items
• If for whatever reason you don't want the item(s) just start the below.
• We will send you a shipping label free of charge which you can just stick on the shipping box and have it sent back to us.
• Please make sure the items are in their original packaging and are unused and in perfect condition to be ready for a new home.
• If the tool is damaged or broken use the same returns process and upload a picture and select the correct return reason code.

To begin the process, please take the following steps -

• Log in to your account on the top right of the  home page 
• It does not matter if you did not set up an account when you purchased.
• Just enter the same email address you used for the transaction
• Find the Order Number with the item(s) you want to return
• Make a note of these and then message us by email or chat
• For a full refund, the product needs to be returned in resalable condition within 90 days of the purchase date
• Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Typically, refunds show up on your credit/debit card within 3-5 business days after the refund is issued
