HOW DOES IT WORK?
‐ Scan the QR code at a location using the KIT app.
‐ Click the Visual Audit button to see a normal view of the tool layout.
‐ If all tools are present, select No and confirm.
‐ If tools are missing, select Yes, click the missing items on the visual, and confirm.
‐ The system updates the status and records details like manufacturer and part number.
‐ A summary of missing tools is shown in reports and dashboards, with optional email alerts.
2. REPORTING DAMAGE
‐ Faulty or damaged tools can be reported instantly.
‐ Scan the QR code, find the tool in the list, or search for it directly.
‐ Select Report Issue, choose the issue type from a dropdown menu, add notes, and confirm.
‐ All damaged tools are tracked in reports and dashboards, with optional email notifications to prompt action.

INTERNAL VALIDATIONS AND CHECKS
The Advanced Calibration option within KIT allows for internal validation and verification checks on tools and equipment, producing the necessary certification and proof of completion. Whether it’s measuring and recording Nm results on torque wrenches, mm on vernier calipers and micrometers, or psi on air pressure equipment, KIT records and stores pass/ fail results, associated tolerances, equipment used, the authorized individual performing the test, and the calibrated equipment used.

All reports can be exported to Excel for further use. Standard reports include:
