The puller converts between three legs and two with its extra yoke, and the legs reverse, so it grips a part from the outside or from inside a bore. The soft face hammer keeps the striking marks off machined faces while the puller is set up and the part is coaxed free.

The punch and chisel tray covers the steps before and after the pull: drifting out retaining pins, marking a centre and cutting with a flat cold chisel. Both the puller and the punches arrive in Teng Tools TT1 tool tray modules, so they store in a drawer as organized sets.
