    Tax-exempt invoicing

    Send your exemption certificate with the quote request. We issue the invoice with sales tax removed and a payment link your card will accept.

Sales tax: our prices include tax where it applies. Government purchases are generally exempt. Send us your exemption certificate and we will invoice you with the tax removed.

Do you accept Government Purchase Cards?
Yes. The GPC is a Visa or Mastercard and works at our checkout like any other card. You do not need an account with us first.

Are you on a GSA Schedule?
No. We sell commercially, direct from our Fort Worth warehouse. For purchases under the micro-purchase threshold a cardholder can buy from us without a schedule contract. If your requirement needs a schedule holder, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you remove sales tax?
Yes, against a valid exemption certificate. Send it with your quote request and we will invoice you with the tax removed rather than asking you to claim it back afterwards.
Do you take purchase orders?
Talk to us. We issue written quotes and invoices, and we will tell you up front what we can and cannot do on terms for your order size.
Are these tools Buy American or TAA compliant?
Country of origin varies by item, so ask us before you order if your purchase carries a Buy American or Trade Agreements Act clause. We will confirm the origin of the specific items in writing rather than give you a blanket answer.
Can you ship to a base, APO or FPO address?
Ask us first. Some carriers and some items have restrictions, so we will confirm before you place the order rather than after.
