Refund policy

Not right for the job? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange. Tools must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return arrives back with us, refunds go to the original payment method.

Warranty claims are handled separately — Teng Tools hand tools are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. A defective tool is our problem, not yours: contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll take it from there.
