The basics

These terms govern your use of tengtoolsusa.com, operated by Teng Tools USA, Inc. By placing an order you agree to them. You must be of legal age to purchase.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep pricing and availability accurate; if we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud or error is suspected. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

Shipping

Orders ship from Fort Worth, Texas. Free shipping applies to orders over $99. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns and warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused tools in original packaging — see Shipping & Returns. Teng Tools hand tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — see Lifetime Warranty for what's covered.

Proper use

Tools must be used for their intended purpose and per any provided instructions. Torque values and fastening specifications are always governed by the fastener or equipment manufacturer's documentation — our product content is general guidance, not engineering advice for your specific application.

Intellectual property

Teng Tools, Get Organized™ and associated marks and content are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
