PRO35

The flagship storage range. PRO35 cabinets feature a 3-piece heavy gauge steel frame, reinforced drawers rated to 88lbs/40kg load capacity, flat aluminum drawer front handles with space for labelling, a 3-digit combination lock that secures all drawers simultaneously, a foam worktop mat as standard, and heavy-duty castors with two fixed and two braked swivel wheels (roller cabinets). Drawers are tested to more than 35,000 open and close cycles at maximum load.

Classic Series

The proven workhorse range featuring key lock security, ball bearing slides, and full compatibility with the TengTools Tool Control System. Available in roller cabinet, middle box and top box configurations across multiple drawer counts.

What's the difference between PRO35 and Classic cabinets?
PRO35™ is the flagship: 3-piece heavy gauge steel frame, reinforced drawers rated up to 88 lb (40kg), full-extension ball bearing slides, flexible security (switch between 3-digit combination and key lock), flat aluminum drawer handles with labelling space, foam mats in every drawer, and a foam worktop mat as standard. Classic is the proven workhorse: heavy gauge steel, 3-step ball bearing slides, key lock, up to 66 lb (30kg) per drawer.
How durable are the drawers really?
PRO35 drawers are tested through more than 35,000 open-and-close cycles at maximum load, running on full-extension ball bearing slides. Both series carry the 5-step phosphate-free rust protection.
Can I change or replace the locks?
Yes — all PRO35 storage (except the TSC8R1 cupboard) can be fitted with either a combination lock or key lock, in 90° or 180° versions. Replacement key locks are available for middle boxes and roller cabinets (TCDRK) and 8-Series locks (TCPRK).
Do the cabinets work with the tray system?
Yes — all drawers are compatible with the modular Tool Control System, so TT trays and foam modules drop straight in. Tool chests add fold-down recessed side handles rated at 330 lb (150kg) each.
What worktop options are there?
PRO35 cabinets come with a foam worktop mat as standard, upgradeable to hard-wearing laminated wood or stainless steel. An ABS top tray is also available for standard 26" cabinets — organized parts areas, positions a middle or top box, and protects the cabinet top from scratches.
