Our standard
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard. Accessibility is part of how the site is built and maintained, not a bolt-on: our key pages run automated accessibility checks every day, and we audit the full shopping journey — browsing, search, product pages, cart and checkout — on a regular cycle. We're always trying to make it better.
Third-party features
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties — for example our chat assistant and the hosted checkout. Where we find an accessibility problem in a third-party feature, we report it to the vendor and track it until it is resolved.
