Le TCATV est une étagère latérale en acier noir mesurant 385 × 203 × 166 mm avec une épaisseur de matériau de 3 mm, conçue pour être boulonnée sur le côté de n'importe quel meuble Teng Tools à l'aide des fixations fournies. Il intègre des trous pré-percés pour accepter l'étau d'établi 4" Teng Tools, transformant un meuble mobile en un poste de travail polyvalent. Pesant 3550 g et fabriqué à Taïwan, il est également inclus dans les ensembles de meubles complets TCMM1004NBK1 et TKW37B1008T.
