Le MDNT405 est un tourne-écrou à poignée en T à douille hexagonale de 5 mm avec une longueur totale de 288 mm et une tige de 230 mm, pesant 107 g. Fabriqué en alliage d'acier au chrome vanadium selon la norme DIN 3125, la poignée en T bi-matière offre un couple ergonomique à deux mains. Un trou dans la poignée permet de l'accrocher ou d'y attacher une longe antichute.
