Teng Tools Metric Socket Set Trio - 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 Inch Drive Socket Wrench Sets in FOAM2 Foam Trays with 72-Tooth Ratchets - BDL-SOCKET-TRIO

A complete metric line-up across the three drive sizes, each set in its own foam tray so a missing socket shows at a glance. The 1/4 inch set handles small fasteners, the 3/8 inch set the everyday middle range and the 1/2 inch set the bigger bolts. This bundle puts three standard Teng Tools sets into one order for a workshop, a service vehicle or a tool crib that needs every drive size covered.

In the box:

• TED1489: 1/4 inch drive, 89 pieces. Regular and deep 6-point metric sockets, bit sockets, 25 mm bits, 72-tooth ratchet, FOAM2 tray.
• TED3836: 3/8 inch drive, 36 pieces. 6-point metric sockets from 8 to 22 mm, TX and hex bit sockets, 72-tooth ratchet, FOAM2 tray.
• TED1227: 1/2 inch drive, 27 pieces. Regular and deep 12-point metric sockets, 72-tooth ratchet, FOAM2 tray.

Every ratchet in the bundle has 72 teeth and an IP5X-rated mechanism protected from dust and debris. The 1/2 inch set includes a 3/8 to 1/2 step up adaptor and the 3/8 inch set a 1/2 to 3/8 reducing adaptor, so attachments move between the two larger drives when the job calls for it.

The FOAM2 trays give each socket, bit and handle its own cut-out. A technician sees what is missing before the drawer closes, and a crib attendant can check a returned set without counting pieces.

Each item is a standard Teng Tools product, shipped together from Fort Worth, Texas. Teng Tools hand tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

• 1/4 INCH DRIVE, 89 PIECES (TED1489) — The small-fastener set. This 1/4 drive socket set holds regular and deep 6-point metric sockets from 4 to 13 mm, TX, Phillips, Pozidriv and flat bit sockets, a wide selection of 25 mm hex bits, two extension bars, a universal joint and a spinner handle. Sockets are chrome vanadium steel to DIN 3124 and ISO 2725. Weight 1600 g (3.5 lb).
• 3/8 INCH DRIVE, 36 PIECES (TED3836) — The everyday middle range. A 3/8 drive socket set with 6-point metric sockets from 8 to 22 mm, TX bit sockets from TX10 to TX50 and hex bit sockets from 3 to 12 mm, plus a wobble extension bar, a universal joint, a 1/2 to 3/8 reducing adaptor and a rotating spinner handle. Weight 2379 g (5.2 lb).
• 1/2 INCH DRIVE, 27 PIECES (TED1227) — The bigger bolts. A 12 point socket set in 1/2 drive with regular metric sockets from 10 to 24 mm and deep sockets from 10 to 19 mm, two extension bars, a universal joint and a 3/8 to 1/2 step up adaptor, all laid out in its own FOAM2 tray. Weight 3505 g (7.7 lb).
• RATCHET IN EVERY TRAY — Each of the three trays carries its own 72-tooth ratchet, and the mechanism is IP5X-rated to keep out dust and debris. That makes this a ratchet and socket set at every drive size: no borrowing a handle from the next drawer, and the 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch tools can be in use on the same job at the same time.
• FOAM TRAYS FOR TOOL CONTROL — Every piece has a cut-out in a FOAM2 module, so a missing socket shows at a glance before the drawer closes. For a crib, a service van or a mechanic socket set handed between shifts, an empty slot is the check. Three separate Teng Tools products, shipped together from Fort Worth, Texas.
