El MD620TPN cuenta con una punta Torx TPX20 a prueba de manipulaciones con un vástago redondo de 100 mm y una longitud total de 208 mm. La hoja está fabricada con aleación de acero TT-MV PLUS y moldeada en el mango bimaterial para garantizar la rectitud de la hoja y una alta capacidad de torsión. El mango incluye un orificio para usar como mango en T o para la fijación de un cable de protección contra caídas. Dispone de un sistema de sujeción para trabajar de forma segura en altura.
