I have an old boat trailer with a pair of damaged PR78-14 tires. The existing are steel belted radius tires. I need to replace them – any suggestions?

I have H-78 14 tires on a 1967 Pontiac Bonneville 4 dr hotpot. What metric size tire would be equivalent to it?
Also, what brands are available and are red line tires available

I have a 1965 Volvo, 122S. The tires that are on the car are marked 79P-600-15L. I have found several cross references that are pointing to P165-75-R15 and 175-70R-15 and 165-80R-15.
Do you have any suggestions for new tires that will work?

Thanks for any help that you can provide.

    Jim Buckhannon
