What makes the FRP ratchet special?
The handle is fiber with steel reinforcement — lighter than a standard ratchet handle but just as strong — with a bi-material grip that stays comfortable in cold environments. The mechanism is 45 teeth (8° swing) with a one-handed quick release and a reverse lever.
Can a worn ratchet be repaired?
Yes — all individual parts and service kits are available and easy to fit. Repair the mechanism, keep the tool.
How should I maintain a ratchet?
Keep it clean and dry and use light oil on the ratchet mechanism. Never use a ratchet with impact tools, and never extend the handle with a pole for leverage.
What is a spinner handle?
A driver-style handle with a female intake in 1/4" and 3/8" drive — use it on its own for fast spinning, or fit it to a ratchet as an extension bar.
Which drive sizes are in the range?
1/4" to 1" drive across the socket range, in metric and SAE, with six-point and twelve-point sockets and Hex, TX, TX-E and TPX bit sockets — all using the Hip Grip design that grips fastener flats instead of corners.
