The 0-150 mm range and 0.05 mm resolution handle the dimensions tradesmen encounter every day, from shaft diameters and bore widths to shoulder depths and housing steps. The beam carries both metric and inch graduations — 0.05 mm on one side and 1/128 inch on the other — so you can read the system the drawing specifies without reaching for a conversion chart. A frosted chrome plated scale finish reduces glare under shop lighting, making fine graduation lines easier to pick out quickly and accurately. Stainless steel construction with lapped measuring edges delivers smooth slider travel and repeatable jaw contact across the full measurement range. The 40 mm jaw length gives you enough reach to grip parts securely for both inside and outside readings, while the depth rod extends from the end of the beam for blind-hole and step measurements. Weighing 143 g (approximately 5 oz), this instrument is light enough for all-day carry in a pocket or apron.
