When a 1-5/16 SAE fastener sits deep inside a housing, behind a bracket, or threaded onto a long stud, a shallow socket simply will not reach. This deep well piece solves that problem by extending the bore so the socket seats fully on the hex while clearing any protruding hardware. Constructed from CrMo, this tool is impact-rated for pneumatic and cordless impact drivers.
