The 651013 is a 213mm double flex wrench with 10mm and 13mm metric 12-point swivel sockets. The 90° angled head provides extra torque for final tightening and for breaking loose stubborn fasteners, while the swivel design allows fast pre-tightening. Made from chrome vanadium steel with a satin finish to DIN standards. Tethering facility included. Made in Taiwan.
