The Teng Tools 980036-C impact socket adapter is a 3/8 to 1/2 adapter that steps a 3/8 inch drive air gun or power tool up to 1/2 inch drive, so you can run 1/2 inch drive impact sockets from a smaller gun. It is made from chrome molybdenum for use with power tools.
A ring and pin fixing hole on the female end secures the adapter to the air gun, and a ball detent on the male end securely grips the impact socket. The black phosphate finish identifies it as an impact socket accessory, and it is supplied with a metal socket clip for use with a socket rail. Also found in Teng Tools sets TTTS08, TTEISK73 and TT9207.
