When a door card, fender liner, or bumper cover is held on by rows of plastic push-pin fasteners, you need a tool shaped to match. Flat pry bars slip sideways, screwdrivers crack the clip or gouge the panel, and needle-nose pliers crush the pin so it will not re-seat. The Teng Tools MDR08 solves the problem with a wide U-shaped fork that straddles each clip and lifts it straight out. The forked tip slides under the clip flange from two sides at once, distributing force evenly so the retainer pops free intact. The large fork width handles the bigger fasteners found on door panels, wheel-arch liners, and underbody shields that smaller tools cannot reach around.
