When a fastener refuses to budge, most drivers leave you with only two options: reach for a different tool or risk cam-out damage to the recess. This PH2 driver offers a third option. The blade extends through the full length of the handle to a metal strike cap at the top, so you can set the tip into the Phillips recess and deliver a controlled hammer blow that transmits force straight into the screw. That power-through construction is what separates a professional-grade driver from a consumer handle. Painted-over screws in renovation work, corroded fasteners on outdoor electrical panels, and factory-tight machine screws all respond to a sharp impact where steady hand torque alone falls short. The PH2 tip fits the cross-point recess used on the vast majority of residential and light-commercial fasteners, making this the single most useful size to keep within arm's reach. Overall length is 216 mm (8.5 in), and the driver weighs 136 g. The handle is shaped for a full-palm grip that resists rolling off a tilted surface and provides enough diameter to generate high torque without excessive hand strain. Sold individually.
