The 680709 ratcheting offset ring wrench covers 7mm and 9mm with 12-point ring ends, an FRP body, and chrome vanadium satin-finish heads. The 18-tooth ratchet is engineered for strength in outdoor and construction applications, with 25° offset heads at both ends for improved accessibility. Direction is reversed via a flip-reverse lever. Measuring 133mm in length and weighing 75g.
