The set centers on a hand-operated riveter built to install aluminum alloy blind rivets in four metric sizes: 2.4, 3.2, 4.0, and 4.8 mm. Eighty rivets are included — 20 of each diameter — so you can start fastening the moment you open the tray. The riveter ships with interchangeable nozzles sized to match every rivet in the assortment. Swapping between nozzle sizes takes only seconds, which matters when a single job calls for different rivet diameters across multiple panels or assemblies. Everything is held in a molded red TT1 plastic tray with a dedicated pocket for each component. The tray drops into any Teng Tools roller cabinet or compatible tool-chest drawer, turning a loose handful of parts into a neatly indexed station. A quick glance tells you whether a nozzle or a handful of rivets needs restocking. At only 917 g (approximately 2 pounds) for the full tray, the kit is light enough to carry to a vehicle on a lift or slip into a mobile service cart. It is suitable for sheet-metal fabrication, HVAC duct work, automotive body panels, gutter installation, and general shop tasks where a permanent, vibration-resistant joint is needed without welding. Four metric rivet diameters cover the vast majority of everyday blind-riveting applications, and the tray-based format means every piece returns to its proper slot at the end of the day.
