1/4 Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench

The Teng Tools 1492UAG-E is a 1/4 inch square drive click wrench with a range of 40 to 250 in-lb and a scale that reads in inch pounds. Set the value, pull, and the mechanism clicks so you can hear and feel when the setting is reached.

It is built for small fasteners where overtightening does the damage: valve covers, throttle bodies, sensors, small brackets and trim. Accuracy is within plus or minus 4 percent, and an angular gauge is built in for specifications that add an angle turn after the torque step.

The head uses a reversible 24-tooth ratchet mechanism to DIN 3122 with a 15 degree swing arc. A flip reverse lever changes direction with one hand, a twist locking feature holds the set torque so it does not move during use, and markings on the handle show where to place your hand for an accurate reading.

At 580 g (1.28 lb) it is easy to handle in tight spaces, and it is supplied in a protective storage case for the toolbox or the service truck. It works with any standard 1/4 inch drive socket or bit socket.
