When a press-fit bearing, gear, or pulley needs to come off, this two-jaw unit with 100 mm reach gets behind the component and applies straight, controlled force through a central M14 x 1.5 screw. The arms slide along the crossbeam to adjust the jaw spread quickly — minimum 3.4 mm — so you can match the grip to different part diameters without fumbling with separate legs. Once set, the arms lock in place and the forcing screw drives the component off the shaft evenly. Crossbeam width (b) and jaw depth (c) are sized for the compact assemblies found on pumps, motors, and light automotive work. At 1093 g (2.41 lb), the tool is easy to handle overhead or in tight engine bays.
