What is the TT tray system?

A flexible tool control system with over 240 tool sets. Each set arrives in its own recyclable plastic tray; trays click together, fit the cabinet drawers, and let you fit more tools in each drawer than loose storage — you can build some of the largest tool kits on the market, with over 1,000 tools in a 26" wide stack.

What are the trays made of?

A durable recyclable plastic that's easy to wipe clean and ideal for dirty or high-moisture environments — lightweight and corrosion-resistant.

Are the tools in the trays made to recognized standards?

Yes — the tray sets carry the same standards as the individual ranges: sockets to DIN 3120, DIN 3124 and ISO 2725; bit sockets to DIN 1173; combination wrenches to DIN 3113A; impact sockets to ANSI and DIN 3129; screwdrivers in TT-MV PLUS steel alloy; drill bits to DIN 338. The tray is the packaging — the tools are the full professional range.

How do I build a kit from trays?

Three steps, as the system is designed: choose your storage (cabinet, chest or case), choose your tool sets (the 240+ trays), then organize your kit — trays click in and every tool has a home.

Do the tray sets include ratchets and torque tools?

Yes — tray sets cover the full range including 72-tooth ratchets (IP5X rated in some sets), torque wrenches to DIN 3122 and ISO 6789, and 1000V insulated sets certified to IEC 60900 and VDE GS.

Torque values and calibration guidance are from the Teng Tools catalogue. Always follow the fastener manufacturer's specified torque.
