When the job calls for a quick bit change or a fast socket swap in a space too cramped for a full-length handle, this 1/4 inch ratchet head earns its keep. One end accepts any standard 1/4 inch hex shank bit; flip it over and the opposite end seats a 1/4 inch socket. That dual-drive layout means one compact body replaces two separate drivers in your kit.
The 72-tooth internal mechanism advances in five-degree increments, giving you usable ratcheting action even when your swing is limited to a few degrees. A thumb-operated directional switch on the body toggles between clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, so transitions from tightening to loosening happen without removing the tool from the fastener.
Built from CrV steel and manufactured to DIN 3122D, the head is designed for repeated professional use. At only 35 g (about 1.2 oz), it slips into a shirt pocket or clips onto a belt pouch without adding noticeable bulk.
