The 3892CQ100R is a 3/8" drive insert ratchet head featuring a 45-tooth mechanism and a 9 x 12 mm insert adaptor fitting. The head measures 36.5 mm wide and 35 mm deep, with an overall length of 36.3 mm. Quick release is via push-twist for rapid head interchange. Manufactured in Taiwan.
