The Teng Tools M380030-C is a 3/8 universal joint for 3/8 inch drive. It fits between your ratchet or extension and the socket, letting the drive turn at an angle so you can reach fasteners that sit off line or behind other components.
This is the same 3/8 inch drive universal joint supplied in Teng Tools sets including T3840, T3848, TM079, TM106 and TTESK77, so it also serves as a direct replacement if the joint from one of those sets goes missing. Pair it with an extension for reach as well as angle.
