This dual-face body repair tool pairs a round crown face with a square milled face on a single head, giving you two essential panel-shaping surfaces in one pick-up. The crown side is curved to raise low spots and smooth broad areas of sheet metal, while the milled side adds controlled grip so each strike lands precisely without the head sliding across the work surface. The hickory handle measures 325 mm (12.8 in) overall, providing the reach you need for work inside fenders, along body lines, and across flat door skins. Hickory is chosen for striking tools because of its natural shock absorption — it dampens vibration through the handle so your hands stay comfortable through long repair sessions. At 468 g (1.03 lb) total weight with a 32.5 mm head diameter, the balance point sits close to the head for accurate, repeatable swings.
