When the fastener calls for face-pin engagement instead, swap to the matching pin arm: 4 mm for the 19–50 mm range, 5 mm for the 32–75 mm range, or 6 mm for the 50–120 mm range. Dedicated 6 mm and 8 mm pins complete the lineup. Every piece is made from chrome vanadium steel to DIN 1810, the standard that governs jaw geometry and pin placement for this class of hand tool.
