1/2 to 3/4 Impact Socket Adapter

The Teng Tools 920037N is an impact step-up adaptor with a 1/2 inch female drive and a 3/4 inch male drive, made to the DIN standard on both ends. Fit it to a 1/2 inch drive impact wrench or air gun and you can use 3/4 inch drive impact sockets with the tool you already have.

A ring and pin fixing hole on the female end secures the adaptor to the air gun, and a ball detent on the male end securely grips the impact socket. The adaptor is chrome molybdenum for use with power tools, with a black phosphate finish for easy identification as an impact socket accessory. Use it with impact-rated sockets rather than chrome hand sockets.

It is supplied with a metal socket clip for use with a socket rail and weighs 105 g (3.7 oz). Teng Tools lists it in its TTEISK73, TT9207, TTEISK103 sets, so it replaces a lost adaptor from any of those. If you need an ANSI male end instead, the matching part is the 920037AN.

What you get: 1 x impact step-up adaptor, 1/2 inch female to 3/4 inch male, DIN on both ends, with a metal socket clip. Impact wrench, sockets, retaining pin and retaining ring are not included.

• The female end fits the 1/2 inch square drive of an impact wrench or air gun and the male end takes 3/4 inch drive impact sockets. As a 1/2 to 3/4 adapter it lets you use a bigger socket from the 1/2 inch drive tool you already have, for the occasional large fastener that does not justify a second, heavier tool.
• Both ends are made to the DIN standard. A ring and pin fixing hole on the female end secures the adaptor to the air gun, and a ball detent on the male end securely grips the impact socket. The 920037AN is the version with a DIN female end and an ANSI male end instead.
• Chrome molybdenum (Cr-Mo) for use with power tools. The black phosphate finish gives easy identification as an impact socket accessory, so this step up adaptor stays with your impact sockets and does not get mixed up with chrome hand-tool adaptors in a shared drawer or on a busy bench.
• Supplied with a metal socket clip for use with a socket rail, so the adaptor hangs in line with your impact sockets and an empty clip shows when it has not come back from the job. It weighs 105 g (3.7 oz), a small addition to the front of the wrench, and keeps the 3/4 inch drive socket close to the drive.
• Teng Tools lists this adaptor in its TTEISK73, TT9207 and TTEISK103 sets, so it is the matching replacement when the one from those sets goes missing. Use impact-rated 3/4 inch drive sockets on the male end. Impact wrench, sockets and retaining pin and ring for the female end are not included.
